I'm looking at wooded land for sale to start up my own nudist campsite. I have a few locations picked out, but the prices for them are insane. Reason why I am doing this is because there are not many places in Missouri that has nudist camping.

We have been trying to do this for years (in IA) and have run into the same price hurdles. Keep in mind one of the biggest hurdles is cost of electricity and other utilities so make sure the location has access. We have several friends in that area so let us know if you get a site. Have you been to 40 acres?
