Boat house and nudity
Has any one ever stayed in a bout house over a weekend?
I ask because I am looking to rent one later this summer for a vacation and I plane on going out as, far as I can and staying out and spend the hole time nude.
I think is going to be like glamping but on the water.
( glamping is camping is like having all the comforts of home but camping)
Boat house or house boat? There is a difference, ya know. A boat house is a pier that extends out from the shoreline with a structure(roof and sometimes walls) built on it to protect boats and most have lifts to hoist the boats out of the water when not in use. A house boat is a boat with a wide, generally flat bottom to it, that has living accommodations on it for extended stays on the water and is self propelled. The terms are not interchangeable.
It truly would be lots of fun. We love to houseboat and would do it more often but we no longer have a PWC and you should have another watercraft with you for exploring other coves and water inlets for places to get naked, other than the houseboat. But, you don't have to have another watercraft to just take the houseboat out and beach it someplace and stay naked for the entire stay.
We were surprised at how many naked boaters there are out on the lake and on the river. We passed another houseboat, while on our first houseboat trip on Lake Powell, and there had to be 20-30 people on the boat. Lots of them naked. All the women we saw were at least topless or naked and more than 1/2 the guys were naked. They got up close to us and as we waved the pelted us with water balloons! We didn't care, it was over 100 degrees and the pelting felt great! :DDDD
After every single houseboat trip, my wife and I agreed that we'd return and do a week long trip, naked! It's still a possibility for us to rent a small houseboat and maybe two PWC's or a 18 foot runabout for exploring. We have seen other nude houseboaters while we were out exploring on our own and we left all the textiles back on our houseboat! :D
