Perspective Members ... Read this first!

For those of you wanting to join this group;

I not only want firefighters to join this group but want those willing to communicate in the group. I look at every perspective member's profile for the following; Public profile, profile picture, full profile filled out, groups joined, profile gallery and equally as important involvement in discussions in groups you are a member of. If I see you are only a friend and group collector, I move on!
