Its in Hampton VA, you can find it on google maps. No its not legal, Its a long walk down the beach to safely lay out nude and cover up if you need to

It's at the end of Beach Road. The entrance and most of the parking are on State Park Road. I'm planning on getting to the parking area about 10:30.

Had a good time there from 1130 to 3. The water was perfect. Met four other naked guys. Spent an interesting day with one of them. We were about 0.8 miles past the lighthouse ruins.
