Cleaning out the group ...
I just went through the members list of this group and deleted many members for the following reasons;
1) Haven't logged into the site in over 3 months, 2) Blank, Private or Minimally filled out profiles, 3) Profile picture that violated TN photo policies, 4) No mention in their profile of them having any Military service, 5) Appearance of being friend and group collectors and no contribution or involvement in discussions in ANY of their groups in over 3 months. 6) Sexual handles, 7) No info about themselves in the "About" section of their profile.
I will be going through the list again and looking for those members who log in regularly but almost never partake in any discussions in the groups they belong to. I want people involved in conversation, not photo hunters and group and friend collectors.

I've bumped this topic to update some of you that have had your membership deleted from this group. 1) some of you have had your membership to this group deleted because of one simple rule; "your profile MUST state your military service." 2) some of you have changed your profile to "private", some have deleted much of their profile which now makes your profile "minimally filled out" or "blank". 3) Some of you have photos that violate the TN photo policies. 4) I've found that all someone does is join groups, collect friends and never participates in discussions. My groups are not a place to join to see pictures. My groups are for those that are willing to contribute to discussions beyond one and two word responses.
Anyone that was a member and has been deleted from the group can resubmit a request to join as long as you follow the rules. I do this with ALL the groups I Moderate. I will continue to monitor the group list and delete members as necessary to keep with the group rules. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
