Gran Hotel Natura

It seems as if GHN is to close for ever.
It is such a shame as the hotel was right on the beach.
I have had the following final email from them:
To our great regret, the doors of Gran Hotel Natura in Fuerteventura remain closed. The reason is that due to the old age the hotel was in need of a major renovation. Last week, the construction-technical report showed that many more defects emerged. Unfortunately, we have failed to reach an agreement with the owners. Because of this we unfortunately had to decide to look for a new location. We hope to welcome you soon at our new location.

And they are opening Petit Hotel Natura near Maspalomas on Gran Canaria. They offer a shuttle to Maspalomas beach - possibly even better than the Corralejo dunes beach in Fuerteventura. Will Christmas and New Year be as great in the new hotel as it was in the old one?

Hi all.... I just want to tell you that this hotel is in San Agustin.....not far from Maspalomas but need a car or a very big walk to reach the dunes.....Hope it helps you
