Anyone been to Jeju in Atlanta?
Hey there guys! Going to be taking a trip to Atlanta with a friend of mine in a few days and one of our fellow nudists recommended the Korean spa Jeju. Has anyone been there? Any thoughts on the atmosphere? My buddy isn't exactly a nudist but we've been streaking before and he says he's open to new experiences. And, Hell, he's the one with the car. Ha!
It is a nice place. I really enjoy the co-ed heated and cooled rooms. In the co-ed rooms, you must wear what are best described as medical scub shorts and shirt. They are really nice places to unwind, meditate, relax or in my case, fall asleep. There is a Korean restaurant just outside the huts and the food is pretty good. I never got the massage or scrub but I hear they are pretty good. In the nude area, there is a very hot dry sauna, good size steam room and 3 different whirlpool type tubs. One of them is ice cold so it is not really one that you would enjoy sitting and relaxing in. There are tons of showers and a separate area where you can just unwind and watch tv. There is also a small pool in the co-ed area but I have not tried that as there are always lots of kids in it when I have been.
It is a really nice place to kick back and relax for a few hours. Whenever I leave, I feel so much better and completely water logged.
Enjoy!
I try to go there at least once a month. I hang for 3-4 hours, especially in the winter time when the cold rain has chilled me to the bone, and I need to warm them bones up. Quite relaxing! Have the best nights sleep after hanging there for the afternoon.
In the mens wet area there are open showers, low grooming area with handheld showers, mirrors, disposable razors, hot pool with jets, warm soaking pool and a really cold plunge pool. I really erutus njoy the great water pressure for long relaxing showers. But my favorite is the large steam sauna. Room for 8-9 people to sit and other come in to stand. I alternate that with the showers and warm soak and Im happy.
I rarely venture out of the mens wet area because Im really there primarily to be nude among other men. Dont know what it is, but for me theres something very satisfying and invigorating about other men seeing me as I truly am with no pretense of my lifestyle, what I do for a living, etc.
Everyone must be nude in the wet areas. The environment is quite relaxed and casual. There are often dads there with their young sons. The only time I ever saw my dad nude was in his prime when I was a child at 4-5 years old when he would take my brother and I into the shower to bathe us for the evening. So that is a great memory and I respect dads for doing that with young sons.
Looking forward to hearing about your experience at Jeju.
