Once we'd both tried being smooth we didn't want to go back to being hairy, it just feels so much better, we like how each other looks smooth and it simply feels more nude.

I started out after wearing a sheer thong on the beach that my pubic hair showed through.

Then while dating my wife years later we went to a nude beach as a first real date and she wanted to be smooth like me

Being smooth looks and feels much better than having hair. You can have a real all-over tan, which takes a long time to fade. Partners appreciate it too!

I had been trimming my partner's pubic hair for many years (a highly enjoyable activity), and decided to give shaving myself a try. I've been keeping myself shaved since then. I like the 'ritual' of shaving, and I prefer to be smooth. I was talking to someone recently about this and he said he'd tried but the regrowth irritated him. I guess we're all different-I've never had any discomfort from it. Beard or clean shaven (I have a trimmed beard); pubes or shaved genitals (I shave there), it's just a personal preference. Part of the delight in people's differences!

just enjoy you dont have to shave. shaving isnt that fun and neither is being really hairy like me. skin on skin is just the best feeling.

For me shaving my pubic hair was kind of a logical next step after discovering nudism a long time ago.
For my wife it is too close to exhibitionism, For me it is part of the positive body feeling that comes with social nudity. My wife says she would feel like a little girl, and less as a mature woman. Pubic hair is hiding the beauty of the human body. And its way better during certain special moments...
