Moabs nude beach
Good morning.
Ive heard about the unofficial nude beach in Moab for years. Its located just past mile marker 6 along Highway 128. Yesterday I met a fellow TN buddy for the first time and we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon skinny dipping, sun bathing and relaxing at the nude beach. I recommend it. Its a great place.
The beach is located between two official blm campgrounds. There isnt a parking lot but there is a pullout on the north side of the road where you can park. The bank is sandy and does have some vegetation that provides shade and a little bit of privacy. Its not far from the road so if youre worried about being seen by cars, you have to walk to and from the river quickly. But, Im not sure anyone cares. There were two other people there yesterday with us. They set up their chairs a hundred yards down stream from us. They soaked in swimsuits. They clearly saw that we were nude but it didnt bother them. They were locals and even made small talk with us as they left and walked past us.
Its a great place to sun bathe and swim. And the scenery is incredible! Ill post a pic on the group photo section. The temperature was 90+ and the water was cold. It was a great and refreshing feeling.
Anyone ever been?
Not sure I would have done that, considering the fact that there are a lot of kayakers that go through that area. Utah Law Enforcement are not known for their tolerance of the clothing free lifestyle. If you want a safe place to go nude, msg me and I'll tell you where and how to get there.

Hi Thanks for the post!! I have been down that road many times and had no idea, will for sure check it out next time we are there!!! We have had several nude trips to Moab though!
We have floated the flat water sections of the Green River typically 3-4 day trips always naked!
