Complete Profiles.

I hate to turn down request to join the group, but only accepting members with complete profiles and photos. I added added a few members in hopes they would update their profiles, but just removed several from the group who had no photos or nothing filled out on their profiles.

I hope everyone thinks thats fair and feels the same way. I'd like to see our group grow, but feel quality over quantity is the goal.
