Healthy Reflections.
I believe it's important to keep a regular check on your body in the mirror, and be aware of the changes that occur naturally with age and the seasons. Keep a check on your weight too. Exercise to keep your muscles toned, even if it's only for a few minutes daily. Swimming is great exercise, but it's less available in the winter months. I'm aware that I sit for too long at the computer; not good for the abdomen and butt! Don't forget to check for lumps!
