Uk /Europe Meet up Feb 5/6 Feb 2011

Hi guys,
Now that the winter has taken hold and November drawing to a close I have been thinking about trying to organise a group of guys to get together some where in the UK to hang out play some poker, drink some beer and watch Top Gear and talk about Guy things!
Anyway I am looking at the 5/6th Feb or the 12/13th as the possible weekend and thinking about renting a cabin or a housefor the event.
So any suggestions about venue and activities welcome and also let me know if you keen to join in?
