If I am invited to a fellow nudist home then it's expected so I undress at the door.
If I have someone over then I am already undressed.
That's why we are here, to hang with fellow nudist nude.

For friends who know I'm nudist I usually open the door naked and act like Im dressed. Sometimes they need a couple of minutes to feel comfortable and undress. I don't ask them to, nor do I watch them since that could feel creepy. Then I usually offer an affirming naked hug.
