Insulin pump

Going bottomless-only is a good solution for me. I wear an insulin pump (about the size of an old pagerremember those?) and there is really no place to put it when Im completely bare. So a t-shirt is great because it allows me to attach the pump inside the shirt preferably in the back. I like my chest and dont really want to cover it, so does anyone have any thoughts on other solutions? Thought about wearing a really thin sash of some sort and attaching the device on the back.

Depending on the situation you could wear a vest or a leather harness. Both options would show your chest while giving you a place to attach the pump.

I use an SPIBelt made for insulin pumps. It works great when you want to be naked. I wear it in bed every night. The belt material is very soft and doesn't irritate my bare skin - even after wearing it for hours.
