Togas - sort of
I buy light scarves about 3ft (1m) by 4ft (1.3m) and wrap them round me in what I call a toga. I pass the scarf under one arm and cross the corners on the other shoulder. It is usually held in place by the light friction at the shoulder so can easily fall or be blown off. The result leaves one shoulder bare and the opposite side completely open. It does cover my genitals and tits (for the ladies) when I'm standing. Sit and all can come into view. Also a light breeze can lift it. I have worn it many times including in a (textile) tourist attraction - shown below. The lady at the refreshment kiosk said she liked what I was wearing.
For fun I hold the toga on with a hair clip and tempt the ladies to take it. I become instantly naked without warning - not my fault was it?
Incidentally some of them are see-through.
