Transit
For those of you who weren't aware, in the warmer season, there is a Columbia Gorge Express bus from Gateway Transit Center that runs to several locations in the Gorge, including Rooster Rock. The bus drops you off at the opposite end of the park from the beach, so you then have to lug yourself and any belongings to the beach, but it's still super convenient and cost-effective. I used it toward the end of last season and it was cheap and fast. Highly recommended.
