A morning cup of coffee as the Lord intended.

First thing in the morning grabbing a cup of coffee and walking out on the deck nude and sitting down listening to the cows in the birds and the obnoxious chickens LOL hearing the pond pump running in the water flowing in the background enjoying naturism as God intended it is the best way to start my day.

Thankfully my water pump is quieter than my waterfall so I get to enjoy the gurgling of the running water unspoilt.

All I need to do is get more time in the garden and less time in the office

I can agree wholeheartedly with listening to the sounds of nature. I do pretty much the same thing...the back deck, the cows distant mooing, the chickens and the dogs out looking for whatever. Just add the cup of hot coffee and hopefully a moderately warm temperature...and the day is off to a great start.
