How to get here?

I tried visiting this place a few days ago (when it was like 33 degrees out, oof), but it was late and I followed the directions on my phone as much as I could, but it just went to a gate that said that some area was closed for until some time in April because of hunting things. If someone could give me good directions to go there or could meet me near there to show me where to go, that would be great.
