Loin Cloths
Amazon sell them but you can make your own. Cut the crotch out of a pair of shorts. cut up the sides and then remove as much cloth as you dare. The result is a waistband with a flap attached front and rear. The more cloth you cut out the more revealing they become.
another thought I've used in past is a fabric store where for a few bucks you can buy fabric which is usually hemmed on one side where you can run a string through to tie around your waist like tarzan did and cut the fabric to size your comfortable with. mine is a leopard pattern fabric I made two panels with and threaded a leather cord through the hemmed end and my loin cloth. I use to have a picture in my profile but disappeared but very easy to make.
