I think she is well aware of my physical attributes after almost 60 years of marriage.

I have had that swimsuit and have been wearing it as one of my swimsuits for 30 years and my wife remembered it and suggested that I should continue to wear it. I tried it and asked her opinion yesterday because I had not worn it for over a year.
Neither my genitals nor the swimsuit has changed over the thirty years, so I was surprised when she mentioned the prominent bulge having never remarked on it when I was previously wearing it.
