Unable to login on original account
If you have forgotten the password to your original account, that's what you'll have to do. Otherwise, you can log in with your old TN username (in the username/e-mail field) and password. If you have forgotten your TN username, use the Search function to find your old self.

And get told they can't be bothered to help out as this is as good the site owners said when I lost my password and the reset button didn't send an email to reset the password so I had to do a new profile.
