I actually have been attending the new into to yoga class that takes place on Thursday evenings from 5:45pm to 7pm. The class is taught be Totem's newest instructor, Dennis. There has only been 3 or 4 of us so not too rushed and we get to take our time getting the poses right. $20 for drop ins. Just bring a towel to wipe your sweat, a bottle of water, and a yoga mat. They have everything else.
