It's a pretty good facility. Everyone is pretty free with their nudity in the locker room, the steam room, and sauna. I had the week trial membership but havent gotten the full pass yet. Seriously considering it though just want to give WAC a try first

I joined the Southwest one (Beloit and Howard) which is technically not Milwaukee. Nudity in the locker room and communal showers is standard. The hot tub and sauna require a bathing suit according to the signs but pretty much nobody does wear one. Unfortunately no steam room in this location. In general the facility is very nice and I joined it because it has a very large pool.
