Going to drop in on Friday or Saturday

Impromptu trip up to DC to see our son and we may drop in to visit Spa World for a few hours on Friday...possibly Saturday. Any suggestions for first timers? Just to have an idea of the "flow" so to speak. Wife going too and I want to make sure she enjoys and feels at ease as well.

Allow plenty of time there to enjoy what they have and get your money's worth.
You can even take a nap there on the mats if needed.
If you are taking your wife, it is probably best to plan a time to meet her in the aroma therapy area before you two are separated in the gender specific wet areas.
I'm not sure if staff explains that to couples when you check in.

Or just plan a time to meet up after each of you enjoys the wet areas by yourself (single sex). Meet her in the coed areas for the various different saunas and also for some good Korean food!

must have just missed you..we went to eat at Ihop next door and got there around 1 or so...
