Most National Forests (not to be confused with National Parks) have secluded enough areas to camp naked outside of hunting season.

I would not attempt that unless it was explicitly clothing optional. This was at case at a music festival I went to a few years ago in Maryland people swam camp and some not many walked around clothes free.
