New Book On Nudism Worth Checking Out

Just released is this new book, "Free And Natural - Nudity and the American Cult of the Body" by Sarah Schrank.

From the book- "Free and Natural" explores the cultural history of nudity and its impact on ideas about the body and the environment from the early twentieth century to the present. Sarah Schrank traces the history of nudity, especially public nudity, across the unusual eras and locations where it thrived-including the California desert, Depression-era collectives, and 1950's suburban nudist communities-as well as the more predictable beaches and resorts.

I didn't see it on Kindle yet but while I was there I downloaded an interesting book called, "From Sheltered to Showoff: A young woman's story of coming of age, nudism and exhibitionism." by Alexis Leitz. It was 99 cents and has 50 pages so what the heck? Might be a good rainy day read.

Would check it out but it is only available in hardcover and pretty pricey at $40 almost twice what similar books sell for so will wait to find used copy
