Beat the Heat!

I found a trick to keep cool when outdoors or away from the aircon. Get one of those fine mist sprays which gardeners use and spray water on the bare skin. It cools as the water evaporates.

It is so humid here in New England, I don't know that the sprayed on water would evaporate. It would just add to the sweat.

hanging out nude in my air conditioned house!

We made our back yard very private, so that's home in the extreme heat for us. A box fan, spray bottle with water and a bit of shade makes the day comfy.
Lately we've also been sleeping out on the patio.

That sounds nice. My personal favorite way to beat the heat though is to find a river in the woods to cool off in.
