No Team True Support?
Looking for anyone to offer support. The TN support email box doesn't work and Team True will not respond to any messages. I have had certified paid members try to reach someone as well but zero response.
We are trying to get a new location added for Arizona. Many of us have tried multiple times. We even get automated emails back stating the location has been approved and added. Problem is it never does. Help?
I don't understand what's going on...?? We met Team True quite a few years ago very briefly and they seemed very committed to TN, TS and their other nudist media ventures... It's really strange? I hope they return to being an active part of their business...
Not addressing paid members. TT 1 & 2 have thicker skin than I do. I am a business guy and fire customers that are high maintenance or constant bitchers and they are paying customers! Bad customers suck the life out of time, energy and money. All these "free" acct members I've watched in here for years that moan, grown and criticize have some unmitigated gall. They could easily change the format to throttle back features to "free" members just like other sites. A littler gratefulness would be an uplifting thing I think.

I messaged you directly a week ago stating that our Locations approvals are on "hiatus" as we have volunteers working on approvals but have a long way to go.
Even though we have these guidelines set in place many users disregard them and it has quadrupled the amount of locations to approve.
1. Please search the existing locations first to ensure this location isn't already in our database
2. Please refrain from adding residential homes to this list.
3. Please do not add locations that are illegal to use naturally.
4. Please research and provide as much data as possible.
5. It may take up to a week for a moderator to verify the data and input it into the location database. Please be patient and only submit this form once.
6. If you provide an email address we will notify you on the status of this addition.
I do get an insane amount of tickets to the CS link and they are usually the "How do I change my profile photo" or "Why is my account not upgraded or Why does my Certification not show" even though in payments tab we have an explanation on how to "Clear your cache" so that the profile updates accordingly. While I cannot respond to each one in a timely manner I do respond.
If there is a pressing matter you can always message me directly and that will get the quickest response.

Technically you can't that I know of. An ongoing nags name does tend to burn a hole in your head and they eventually spout "I will never send money or support this site" until they change this that or whatever. A profile check shows them being members for years so very often.

Yes you can (Sorta).
If you look at a users profile:
If they are lifetime paid, a heart icon will appear. (Not sure if there is an icon for monthly/annual - I haven't seen one)
If they are certified, a sun icon will appear.
The number of years the account has existed will also appear (For Rockdad 7+, For me 9+, o2bnaked 8+)
If you have over 20 media files in your gallery, a picture icon will appear.
