Being nude is so easy to do, but it's a power of the mind that a lot of people have trouble to do or lack of will, or scared they will turn into a toad or something. I used to compare myself to others, now I love myself for who I am and appreciate the gifts and attributes in others, and enjoy being able to share and talk about them. Nudity is equal to openness for me.
Well definitely freeing and takes any guess work out of it for you and any partners. What you see is what you get. And I think it makes you more open since nothing to hide behind. I even find it helps my self esteem and becoming more extrovert. You are already out there so just go for it. Also in sun no tan lines. Love to share this with a female nudist. I go to hippie hollow in Austin Texas that is a legal nudist public park. We go out there and just let loose. If there ends up being positive energy then we can act on that. Either way a good nude friendship is begun. Women it makes you more free and in control since not using a sexy body that you know you have against society. You become more open.
