We are thrilled to welcome guests of the recently closed Terra Cotta Resort to the all-suite Tuscany Manor Resort. All suites are unique apartment style one- or two-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens including full sized refrigerators, living room and dining area.
All suites open onto our central park-like courtyard featuring pool, spa, BBQ and social area.
We look forward to continuing the wonderful traditions of The Terra Cotta as created by John, Tom, and Mary Clare.
Our official opening will be September 13th, 2019 -- please call for additional availability before September 13th. We have also dedicated August 28th and 29th as the first available days open for our clothing optional guests.

GOOD NEWS FOR TERRA COTTA FANS: The Tuscany Manor Resort welcomes the guests from Terra Cotta
The Tuscany Manor, on the north side and closer to the center of Palm Springs than the old location will be open for the clothing optional standards of Terra Cotta shortly.
We are located in the quiet residential Tuscany area of Palm Springs.
Tuscany Manor is in contact with some of the Terra Cotta Staff and hope they will join us, but our present staff are all as nice and accommodating. We hope to have some of the old friendly faces to join us soon.
The Tuscany facilities are different in that is is an all suite facility.All suites are apartment style with full kitchen, dining table and one or two bedrooms.
the facilities surround the pool , bbq and spa area. All have a view of the center area, pool, etc.
Mountain views are from the pool and courtyard. You will feel at home at Terra Cotta at The Tuscany Manor. The address is 350 W. Chino Canyon Rd, Palm Springs

No, this is a new location. Terra Cotta Inn was on Ratchet Club Dr.
I'm hoping not but won't be surprised that a certain element will find out about this place and it too will contribute to the demise of another nudist place!
Leaving this group. Really no reason to be a member of a group for a place that does not exist anymore.
We also got the email about Tuscany Manor. This place is just around the corner from Desert Sun. It will be interesting to see how it works out. We still don't know what really happened at the Warm Sands site that caused it to be sold so soon.
