How to do a blog?
I see that some people have blogs. And they aren't necessarily paid members.
But I don't see how I start one. There's a place on my "My Account" page to view my blog (which doesn't exist), but not to edit it. When I click the "Blog" tab at the top of the page, I get a largely empty page that I can't do anything to.
On the left side ofyour "My Account" page, you'll see your blog space. At the bottom of that blog space on the right side of the column, there is "Create a blog post". Click on that an blog away.
Don't you just hate it when you compose a reply and then someone beats you to it! :)
You might be looking at your profile page, and not "My Account"
Go to the top right "My Account"
Your blogs will appear on the left, under you group list,
and the "Create a Blog Post" link is under that.
Remember you need to either type directly into the space or save it in a word processing document in text format, close the file, reopen, copy and paste. It's easier to just write it in Notepad for this reason plus there might still be formatting if you use the first. Also, you will not be able to edit it once it's posted.

Oh yes you can Cheri! hehe
It is best to paste from Notepad, to avoid the html code showing up,
but you can edit a blog, it's the Bulletins and the main forum posts
that you can't.

Actually, Phil, any post I make to the Forum can be edited. I just click on Edit and make whatever changes I want. But once a bulletin is sent, that's it. No changes possible.

I know ... The Chili Cookoff post I made originally reads 7' bathsheet rather than a 70" bathsheet. I was NOT going to resend it out. LOL

Did I REALLY say that! :) I'm sure someone must have hacked it :)
Thanks Gerry, I stand corrected! :) Quite right. I must have been thinking delete, of course you can
now edit any forum post or comment, (we couldn't at the begging of TN time :) but you can delete a
group post/comment, IF you are the group creator or a mod of that group.
