It is reasonable to be expected that you maybe on some sort of digital camera. It is why many younger males fear being nude in locker rooms. Some people do have small cameras for that fetish. I worked with cyber security and a photographer. It is amazing how small some camera are that are wireless.
Being a old guy at this point I do not care of someone wants to see me naked and snaps a picture. I will be returning to the gym this winter. It still has communal showers and open locker room. Digital cameras are ever where. which as mentioned are for our safety, other times it takes our privacy.
The best place to hide a book is in a library. With so many photos around (some interesting, some inane) any photo of me will be hard to find than a needle in a haystack. It's a blade of hay in a haystack. And I don't worry if they do find one, or many.
