I was 5 10" for the longest time, as I hit my 60s, then I was 5 9". Shoe size as well as manhood size. I am average in size, with a 9.5 shoe size.

There is an advantage to being around 5'-8" and 180 lbs. That is the size they design airbags for in car crashes. They had to pick a size and average is a good one
