Berliners and German people keep silence )))
Well, if you want a kind of spa, there's at least 3 FKK thermen center in Berlin and adjacent area. For example Kristall Ludwigsfeld (except Wednesday and Sunday until ~18:00) is textile free. Such places are good for rest, but I'm not sure that it's like a club :) not for germans at least I suppose :) But may be I'm wrong.

I am half English and have a place in Northern Bavaria. I welcome nude campers.

Near the railwaystation "Berlin Hauptbahnhof" exist a great spa-area"vabali" . Saunas, indoor and outdoor-pools, restaurats and a graet garden for nude guests. I hope, it will reopen after "Corona".

Are you already in Berlin? Not sure about the sauna (my favorite one is liquidorm) just post-covid, but you can meet fellow nudists in some FKK locations, such as Tiergarten, Teufelssee, Krumme Lanke .. I have been in the last one few times already this summer, will be there tomorrow too.
