Need a Buyer Representative in or around Page, AZ

Greetings,
Carl and I need a Buyer Representative that will help us with the purchase of a houseboat at Wahweap Marina. We have several units selected but found the broker with Aramark very unresponsive. I have reached out to him for over 3 weeks and he has never returned a call or email. I called the Marina office and they said he is the only one that can sell units from the marina.

If anyone is interested in helping we can take it to private email and make arrangements. We are not that far, just under 6 hours so we can act quickly if the right boat comes along. We have one we really like but it is in probate in Tucson and no idea when it will be released for sale.
