A bit of humor

Today I went out to lunch with my cousin and his wife. At one point his wife said something about not liking the shirt he had on. He chuckled and said " honey you picked it". Then turned to me and said " I don't dress myself when we go out for social occasions". I replied "well it could be said , I don't dress myself, and leave it at that"

Another reply is "If you don't like it I can take it off". I tried that at times when my sons would complain about my short shorts or brief swimsuits.
Got them to stop complaining in a hurry!

I've always dreamed about being the kind of man who will literally give you the shirt off his back (or the pants off his butt). Like/don't like it? Here you can have it, please, presenting it and then continue talking on like I had just given them a piece of gum.

This reminds me of the alleged response of a lady in the 1950's when a beach attendant told he she was not allowed to wear a two-piece swimming costume:
"Which piece do you want me to take off."

When wearing a kilt into a pub the barman (and others) often ask why. I say that I think they won't serve me if I take it off.

I have seen news articles about charity events where men sell the clothes they are wearing to the highest bidder until they are left in just thier underwear.
