Miners Beach - Port Macquarie

Hey nudies! Im in Port Macquarie for a couple of days, just wondering if Miners Beach is still fine to bathe nude in? I understand its an unofficial nude beach and has had a long history of being one but ive read that things have changed ever since the walking track going through it has been built.
