Deleted Posts

Does any one know why when a member leaves all of that person's posts are deleted, along with any entire threads that they started?
Most if not all of the other forums, boards, etc, that I use keep posts from former members.

Why not ask Team True 1 or 2 ? It does appear unfair that entire discussion threads vanish. Others have contributed to the thread after the departed member started it. And many threads get a life independent of the initial entry.

Go to the bottom of the page, on the left side and find "contact us", click on that and go from there.

what you say is true but it used to not be the case. but in an " upgrade' a couple of years ago that ' feature ' was added. A friend of mine thought it might have been Truenudists way of dealing with some internet rule they were trying to comply with. If it is, it is an overall cautious , i.e. too many lawyers in this world, way to deal with it. In similar forums when a member leaves their posts remain but their name on the post becomes something generic and so the post stays intact. I suggested that solution but it fell on deaf ears here.
