No Cost construction advice

I am a new member. It seems to me that the best way to meet new people is to create an opportunity. As a retired carpenter and Architect, a great opportunity would be to meet with people that have a concern with their home and discuss possible resolutions to the issue at no cost. Yes I could use your advice on my basement but unfortunately I live just south of Omaha across from Glendale. If you would come over maybe we could do some naked hiking
