Not really, but it might as well be as I can't remember the last time any clothing was worn to do it, it would seem crazy to get dressed to do it. Cleaning the house and similar tasks are far nicer done while nude, things which are not normally my idea of fun can be more enjoyable.

RE:Naked when cleaning my house.It makes sense to be naked when dusting, vacuuming, and generally getting dirty, as you can just dive in the shower straight after!
