DETAILED LOCKER ROOM ROUTINE

As soon as I enter the locker room I empty my pockets. If I'm wearing shorts, I remove them, my underwear and shirt before removing my shoes. (Of course, shoes would precede long pants.) Then wearing only socks I empty my gym bag by laying out my gym shoes, no-show socks, slit running shorts and tank top. Still virtually nude I put my toiletries, towel and clean clothes into the locker. I put my phone, weight lifting gloves, and lotion into a very small carrying case with a shoulder strap. Next I sit down facing outward, take off my socks and put on the no-show socks and running shoes. (Socks don't come off earlier to avoid bare feet on a public floor.) Next I stand up, put the old socks in the locker, and lock the locker. Now finally I pull on the tank top and slit running shorts.
