Bow Flex

We just bought a 2nd hand bowflex. Have not started using it yet. Wondering if anyone has used on, and what you think of it -

I just bought the book about the machine and workout regime. Though I dont look to lose weight, I am interested to be in better shape, and looking fabulous naked of course.

Canadian, Anyone with your great smile looks fabulous naked to begin with :-). But good luck with your new equipment and don't let it become another place to hang clothes (happens to a lot of my clients).

I've used both Soloflex and Bowflex when visiting somewhere but never routinely. Yours should provide a good workout. Imagine Scott or Glenn as you tone (sigh), can be motivating, lol.

I am considering buying some home workouot equipment so I can skip getting dressed and driving to the gym. Trying to decide between free weights and Bowflex.
