Chubby Male Model (Body Positive)

I hope I don't put my neck on the chopping block here when I discuss the fact that due to genetics, I am carrying some weight, but I happy in my skin. I am a mature male model and have had some good photo shoots done. Sadly, though, I haven't managed to break into clothing for "outsize" catalogues and the like. I have also had some experience of life drawing as well. I personally find a naked guy with some meat on him, artistic and beautiful, so I have to ask the question "why is it, with a population with a 'majority' of overweight individuals, there is no breaks within the photography profession to recognise that"?
