Ingredients
1 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Juiced Lemon
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
1 Pinch of Basil
Cup of Blueberries
Cup of Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
Cup of Cubed Feta Cheese
1 Cup of Mixed Greens
Cup of Red Cabbage
Cup of Chickpeas
(Any Dressing You Like!)

Directions
1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the olive oil to cook your chicken breast. Add in the juice from a lemon, salt, pepper, and basil and let it cook for around 7-10 minutes on each side. Then, mix together the remaining ingredients -- the blueberries, cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, red cabbage, and chickpeas -- and lay the chicken on top. Drizzle your favorite dressing over everything and enjoy!

Never thought of using blueberries. I had a simular salad last night. The diffrence was no blueberries. And I used left over rotisserie chicken it was very good
