Live picture or video to join

To make the site safer an legitimate everyone should have to submit a live video or picture to an admin before their profile becomes visible, a bit like the certification process but every one has to be certified that picture might not necessarily have to go live afterwards, but I'm not sure why it couldn't if you are happy to be seen on a beach why not on your profile,
I have sort of worked out those with only one picture are probably fake, though. Which is a shame as there is one girl on here I think is amazing probably not real : (
