Allow me to express a contrarian view:First, if you are concerned about showing your face (especially on an internet site), thats okay. Posting a headless photo, however, is like wearing a ski mask at a nudist resort. Ridiculous and a bit creepy.Second, posting a photo showing just your genitals is not about being sex-positive or body-positive; it is a dick pic and belongs on a dick pic website, not here.Third, the freedom of nudism is not an excuse for antisocial behavior. I have joined other men and women at a number of nudist events and venues over the years to participate in some common activity that we all enjoy (yoga, painting, swimming, poetry reading) and no one has EVER interrupted a conversation to talk about his penis, what kind of breasts/nipples/labia he likes, how he likes to shave his balls, masturbate in the shower at the gym with the door open, or any kind of sex act. It just does not happen. Here, however, ...Normal, healthy adults like to have sex. Duh. And normal, healthy adults are not ashamed to have sex. Double duh. But normal, healthy adults also know that there is a time and place for everything.
Drop the mike on your response exceptionally well thought through and actually real expression of genuine nudism naturism. But wait for the vitriol that tries to pass for nudism and naturism but is nothing of the sort. They are the ones trying to shame people bully is more like it into accepting their opinions and sexual proclivities as the norm.
My anger comes from people who use naturism as an excuse for their own personal perversions.
That right there is the crux of the problem. Historically every time naturists and nudists say love and let live and dont defend the actual genuine authentic practice of non sexual social nudity it has gone badly for us. Just look at how far things have things have regressed from the hard fought wins of the golden age of nudism in the 50's and 60's.
What happened? Some nudists said lets associate with the free sex movement advocates to gain more traction. The result when that movement petered out the social stigma against nudism increased. Google nudism today and all you get is porn. Googling porn should get you porn if you want it. As nudists have abdicated defending the term and others usurped it this is what happens. So live and let live is not really the solution. It hasnt worked. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I will fight for that but dont try to bully and same me into accepting you opinion by suggesting that my holding an opinion is shaming you.
It is always amazing to me that healthy living eating healthy foods, exercise, breathing fresh air, communal supportive living, love of nature, supporting the environment all the things that were important to the first modern naturism show up nowhere in the arguments of the people who want to call themselves nudists but only see it as getting naked as a precursor to sex.
No one has a monopoly on opinions. Some of us who believe in the authentic expression of naturism are standing on our opinions because we see and know what is real. I for one am glad to see happening here.

Your point is well taken! You call yourself FreeLee and freedom is scary to many as too open-ended. But the ideals of nudism you describe entail being responsible stewards of our bodies, the environment and our communities. It's all about balancing freedom and responsiblity, and I venture that your sure-footedness as ResponsibleLee is what allows your youth and vitality as others our age crumble into conventional curmudgeonry (which I hope is a word). There are several group owners like that. They look over your pictures and groups to see if they think you are worthy to be in their group. They make you maintain public profiles with full face pictures and you go to their page and it is private or friends only.
