I think Oz campground has permanent residents. They are small cabins, larger than a tiny house but not much more.

I go to cypress cove every March on vacation..its always my first camping trip of the year.the place is awesome,people are friendly and I've never seen any prejudice against anyone.ive been there with a lady as a couple and I've been as a single and was treated the same either way.i love it there

Sure, Palm Springs has one with a resort attached to it. It is not exclusively gay but there are gay men living there. Nudity is optional in your own home of course but required around the pool. They are very nice condos;
