I have joined this site about a month ago and haven't gotten certified or posted any pictures because it seems, once you do, you're opening yourself up to all these scams and I wonder how safe is the content posted. Is it better to remain non certified and don't have to deal with the scammers? I am an at home nudist and it takes me a while to open up to people.
As far as scammers, I am not sure that matters. With the speed between joining and finding me, often 1, 2 , or 3 hrs, it has to be robots. They would be easy enough to ignore, most I see have left a like on my profile which shows up as a number on the Bell icon (My Activity). Only a few have left friend requests, and I find a few that have posted in some groups I have joined.
Just don't post or give out any vital info!!! Like last name, DOB, street address, phone #, bank account#.......
Is there anything that can be done by the admins to mitigate the number of spam profiles with links in their about info?
I seem to be getting messages from them at a rate of one to two a day along with rubbish friend requests.
In addition, no matter how many times I mark their messages as SPAM or try to delete the message they come back next time I log in.
