Do you flag the ones you consider spammers/hookers? I do as a public service. Think of it as walking the road ditch and cleaning up the trash some SOB tossed out the window ;-) It does not take long to do and helps the site.
I always block these pests. Just scammers with nothing to do with true nudism. It is a pity that the Admin are not able to block them at the start.
Blocking only stops them from pestering you. Flagging them gets them off the site. Of course none of that keeps them from creating a new profile.
