It would be better if the admin team did this instead of us members. I want to enjoy the site and not have to worry that bots are hacking the system or scammers are trying to scam other members or men pretending to be women making false profiles to look at photos of naked people.

The solution is obvious and simple. No posting of photos until you are certified (It's a simple process). If you can figure out how to post a profile picture, you can figure this out.
Also, no posting in the forums, no chat, no group posts. You can read all you want. No access to the gallery, no access to group galleries.
